在英語教學中，我們主張用英語與學生交流，既可以提高學生的英語口語表達能力以及學生的聽力水平，更能為學生創造一個良好的學習英語的語言環境。
以下是小學英語課堂教師常用口語：
（1）Class begins .上課。
（2）Is eveyone here ?都到齊了嗎？
（3） What day is it today ? 今天是星期幾？
（4）What is the weather like today?今天天氣怎樣？
（5）Please take out your book.請拿出書本。
（6）Quiet,please.請安靜。
（7）Attention, please . 請注意。
（8）Let’s sing a song.讓我們來唱一首歌。
（9）Let’play a game.讓我們來玩遊戲。
（10）First , let's have a revision. 首先讓我們複習一下。
（11）We're going to have a new lesson today . 今天我們要上新課。
（12）Look at your books. 請看書。
（13）Look at the blackboard. 請看黑板。
（14）Who can answer this question ? 誰能回答這個問題 ?
（15）Do you understand? 懂了嗎？
（16）Is that clear? 明白了嗎？
（17）Answer my questions. 回答我的問題。
（18）Read slowly/clearly. 讀慢/清楚些。
（19）Louder please./Speak louder. 大聲點。
（20）What does it mean? 這是什麼意思？

（33）Read the new words. 讀生詞。
（34）Listen to me, please. 請聽我讀。
