瑜伽與健身的區別

Yoga normalization of muscle function. Excercise increase in muscle tension.

瑜伽使肌肉功能正常化,健身增加肌肉張力。

Yoga low caloric utilization. Excercise moderate to high caloric utilization.

瑜伽耗能低,健身耗能高。

Yoga breathing is controlled. Excercise breathing is erratic or taxed.

瑜伽呼吸是有控制的,而健身時呼吸是不穩定的。

Yoga Physical effort is minimized or controlled. Excercise physical effort is maximized.

瑜伽使身體耗能最小化,健身使身體耗能最大化。

Yoga internal mental awareness. Excercise external awareness.

瑜伽關注內在意識,健身關注外在意識。

Yoga Low risk of injury. Excercise moderate to high risk of injury.

瑜伽受傷的風險較低,健身受傷的風險為中高度。

Excercise develop toxins where as yoga help in removing them.

練習瑜伽有利於排毒。

Yoga activities the parasympathetic nervous system while excercise the sympathetic nervous system.

瑜伽活躍副交感神經系統,同時也鍛鍊了交感神經系統。

瑜伽與健身的區別

Asanas are non competitive and non violent. Excercise are competitive.

瑜伽體式是非競爭性和非暴力的,健身是有存在競爭性的。

The main difference between asanas and forms of vigorous excercise is that asanas affect the internal organs and are not just like skeletal or muscular excercise.

體式和有力的健身形式之間的主要區別在於體式影響內臟器官,而不是簡單的骨骼或肌肉鍛鍊。
