中國網浪潮資訊 北京時間7月28日上午，舟山群島新區旅遊與健康職業學院的波音員工培訓中心正式破土動工。
CNCAO NEWS Aviation giant Boeing began construction of a training center for its new manufacturing center in Zhoushan, an island city in East China's Zhejiang province, on July 28.Beijing time.
該中心預計於2018年3月完工，作為波音737系列飛機完工和交付中心項目的重要配套之一，波音員工培訓中心將為波音舟山項目培育大量的人才“潛力股”。
The center, expected to be completed in March 2018, is a major auxiliary facility for Boeing's B737 completion and delivery center in Zhoushan. It is designed to function as a cradle of talent for the company's first overseas production facility.
舟山群島新區旅遊與健康職業學院總投資4000萬元（5.95百萬美元），培訓中心佔地面積3200平方米，其中包括一個高頂棚的培訓廠房和一幢3層的教學樓。
With a total investment of 40 million yuan ($5.95 million), the training center will occupy an area of 3,200 square meters at Zhoushan Tourism and Health College, including a high-ceilinged workshop and a three-storey teaching building.
據學院工作人員介紹，舟山群島新區旅遊與健康職業學院已經為該項目做了大量的準備工作。
Zhoushan Tourism and Health College has done a lot of preparatory work for the project, according to a staff member at the college.
該學院還介紹了波音與中國商務飛機公司（COMAC）的一系列話題，從土地利用和建築設計計劃到建築物內部結構和供暖系統的細節。
The college has discussed a range of topics with Boeing and the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC), from plans for land utilization and building design down to the minute details of the buildings' interior structure and heating systems, the staff member added.
培訓中心建設完成後，將迎來其第一批50名學員。培訓中心的招聘人員主要針對來自航空專業的高材生，特別是那些在機械結構、航空電子電氣、噴漆蒙皮方面的專業人士。
Once the training center is completed, it will welcome its first group of 50 trainees. The training center's recruitment staff is targeting senior students from aviation majors, especially those with expertise in paint spraying, avionics and machinery maintenance.
目前已經有6名有實力的準教員通過了波音和舟山市聯合舉辦的理論，實踐和品德測試。
So far, six instructors for the training center have passed interviews and theory, practical and personality tests jointly organized by Boeing, COMAC and Zhoushan city.
六位教練將在美國接受三個月的專業培訓。之後，他們將和公司美國總部派到該地的三名專家一起負責培訓舟山的未來波音員工。
The six instructors will receive three months of professional training in the United States. After that, they will be responsible for training future Boeing staff members in Zhoushan, along with three experts who are being sent to the city from the company's US headquarters.
浙江舟山波音培訓中心於7月28日開工建設。
