像崇山峻嶺中的山谷，自然之道空虛無形，但它擁有的東西是永遠用不完的，它的廣大與幽深也是永遠填不滿的。
它是那麼的深遠啊！它好象是宇宙萬物的創造者。它的鋒芒己經完全挫去，它的紛擾己經全部消得，它拌和（huò）著日月的光芒，它混同於世間的塵埃。
它是那麼的清澈啊！好像不存在一樣，但實際上又存在。我也不知道它究竟是誰的後代，它的存在似乎比上帝還要早。

Its anxieties has been completely dissolved.
It blends with the light of the sun and the moon.
It mixes with the dust of the world.
So clear clean is it！
It doesn't seem to exist, but it does exist.
I don't know whose son it is. It seems to exist earlier than God.
