永山裕子，1963年出生於東京，1985年畢業於東京藝術大學油畫系，同年獲安宅獎、大橋獎，1987年完成東京藝術大學研究生學習，現為武藏野美術大學油畫系講師，並參加了許多知名的美術展覽，如東京中央藝術博物館年展、中國（蘇州）亞洲水彩邀請展、泰國世界水彩博覽會等。
