Qiang:Yes. I always supported my colleagues in their work where possible. I'm particularly proud of how I led and motivated the team, as a result, we beat our yearly sales target by 18%.
Mary:OK. What are your strengths and weaknesses in the workplace?
Qiang:I'm strongly motivated, I'm highly committed. I was a good team player and a self-starter.
Mary:Tell me why you would be motivated in doing this job?
Qiang:Firstly, this job is an ideal match for my skills and experience: I have spent three years working in sales and I have strong communication skills. I get on with people easily.
Mary: Right well that's pretty much all I want to ask at the moment. Do you have any questions for me?
Qiang: I'd just like to know when I should expect to hear from you regarding today’s interview?
請注意：
在談論過去工作經驗的時候，應交替使用一般過去時、過去完成時或一般現在時。現在完成時和一般過去時最大的區別是，一般過去時描述的是過去發生並且已經完成了的動作，僅僅對過去發生的事情做了一個陳述；而現在完成時則強調的是過去開始或發生的一個動作對現在的影響。比如：在過去做過銷售，所以有豐富經驗，這時在介紹自己的時候就可以說“I have been a sales manager for 3 years 我做過三年銷售經理。”
