have a word意思是說句話，談一談，一般是have a word with sb。
複數have words 意思是拌嘴，爭論，吵架
want a word意思也是說句話、談談。而say a word意思是說一句、說話。
not say a word的確是不說話，可以解釋為（為了保祕）一聲不吭、不做聲，也可以用not breath a word表示
