Tryin’ to buy house to live alone試圖買房獨居

I guess that it’s better to buy your own home if you have enough money. It is a good way for investing by purchasing your property in the long term coz the home can be sold for sales and maybe even make a handsome profiton it. Paying rent to a landlord is not a very good choice coz the landlord can ask you to leave at all time.

It depends on how much money you can expend and where exactly you want to be. Naturally, to find a place to live is very easy if you can swing; Nevertheless, property prices have been on the rising these years, and to buy their first houses is getting more and more difficult for young persons, or even to pay rental prices in some places, particularly in city centre.

I can't say for real sure what the ‘right’ age would be, however I subscribe to the opinion that young persons may tryin’ to live by themselves if they can. For some people, the right age perhaps is when they can qualify for work and possible get offers from their first full-time jobs and can pay the rent. This was what happened in my case; I moved off my family home at age 25 when I finished university and got my first jobs in a foreign language school in New York.
