Get Syncope

Reading:

Personally speaking, there is no living thing without sunshine which is a combination of bright light and radiant heat, and which is a pivotal factor in photosynthesis for plants and other autotrophic organisms to grow; and the cellular respiration of animals for survival also needs the energy from sunshine. Like heterotrophs such as animals (including humans) and most autotrophs such as plants, most algae, and cyanobacteria ect., nearly all life on earth are fueled by light from the sun----sunlight or sunshine. Sunshine often consists of infrared, visible, and kinds of ultraviolet light. Of course, the ultraviolet in sunlight has both positive and negative health effects. For example, as you no doubt know, exposure to sunlight causes vitamin D to be produced in your skin coz ultraviolet B (UVB), that has this effect. However, other parts of the solar spectrum can have very different and even harmful effects, like ultraviolet A or (UVA) for example, can cause cancerous mutations, and can also break down the vitamin D formed in your skin after outdoor UVB exposure. So, hence, you are better off paying close attention to the ideal way to obtain your vitamin D is from safe exposure to sunshine, which is also from the expertise’s kind caveat. In other words, when you enjoy sunshine and stay in a good mood such as tanning fully naked at clothing and covered with the sand at optional beaches on the awesome sunny day, you have to take precautions to protect your sensitive skin avoiding sunburn such as the symptoms including redness, edema, itching, fever, chills, and syncope and so on.

In a nutshell, your skin, your quality of sleep, your mood or health can benefit from the sunshine when you use it in moderation. Autotrophs and heterotrophs can’t live without sunshine.
