CNCAO NEWS In Bucharest Romania, July 14th, “China-CEE COUNTRIES POLITICAL PARTIES DALL OGUE 2017”has been held at Bucharest , where the capital of Romania . Liu Yunshan, the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau and Secretary of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee , has delivered a keynote speech at the meeting . Yuan Jiacheng, who working as the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee , has given a speech at ceremony.
該會作為進一步落實“一帶一路”國際合作高峰論壇精神的重要舉措，也是中國地方省份更好地參與和推進“一帶一路”建設的重大機遇。袁家成在會上回顧了習近平總書記在“一帶一路”國際合作高峰論壇上對於“一帶一路”重要性的發言，並繪製了浙江與中東歐各國家優勢互補，加快“陸、海、網、空”絲綢之路的構建，共同推進兩國發展的美好藍圖。下午，袁家成出席“一帶一路”建設與地方合作分論壇致辭，在會上，袁家成從浙江的地理位置為切入點，再次強調中國與中東各國相互合作的必要性。
This meeting is not only playing a important role in implementing the spirit of “The Belt and Road” Forum for International Cooperation , is also a huge opportunity for participating and pushing the progress of “The Belt and Road”project. Yuan reviewed the speech that about the importance of “The Belt and road”which delivered by XI jinping at Forum for International Cooperation , then he made a blue print between Zhejiang and Eastern European countries about helping each other ,enhancing the silk road in the area of land , ocean , Internet and sky to promote development of both of countries. In the afternoon , Yuan gave a speech and emphasized the importance of cooperation between China and Middle East countries again at "The Belt and Road" and the construction of local cooperation forum.
袁家軍於當地時間7月13日在布加勒斯特和伊爾福夫省分別會見羅馬西亞副總經理兼地區發展部部長海德等當地重要政府人員，袁家成在會上表示，希望在“一帶一路”倡議和中國—中東歐國家“16+1”的合作框架內，進一步密切產業、旅遊和文化交流，特別是推進寧波舟山港與亞康斯坦察港的實質性合作，加快落地見效，促進合作共贏。
Yuan meet separately with Hyde who working as vice president of Rome and Minister of regional development and other important government officials in Burcharest and Iifov Province . He wishes that cooperation of industries , tourisms and cultures between China and Middle East countries could be tightened . Especially further push forward the cooperation between Ningbo-Zhoushan port and Sub Constanta to accelerating and promoting win-win cooperation.
