解析：這一句中文的“主語”是一個動賓結構短篇，顯的有點長，而謂語”是“後接的賓語呢，也是一個非常長的動賓結構短語。不過，當看到”……的重要途徑“的時候，其實腦海裡就會出現an important way，是不是？這樣的話，it is an important way for sth to do sth. 的句子結構就出來了。不過，由於主語本身也是一個長長的短語，就不一定”頑固“地用形式主語了，而是直接作為主語，如參考譯文那樣。不可，我們可以嘗試用形式主語的句式：It is an important way for promoting the deep integration of advanced manufacturing and a modern services sector to to increase the competitiveness of industry, cultivate a modern manufacturing system and achieve high-quality growth. 這樣的英文是不是覺得摸不著頭腦的感覺？
