1.upset adj. 心煩意亂的；
upsetting 令人心煩意亂的.
2.survey 調查；測驗, 勘測
The survey was upsetting
and he felt upset.
這個調查令人心煩意亂
並且讓他感到心煩意亂。
He couldn’t ignore the upsetting result.
他不能忽視這個令人心煩意亂的結果
3.add up 合計
add up to 加起來是
add to 增加了
add something to 把某物加入
He added up the numbers again.
他再次把那些數字加起來
They added up to only fifty [dollars]
which added to his worry.
它們加起來只有區區十五[美元]，
這就增加了他的擔憂。
4.ignore 不理睬；忽視
ignorance 忽視，無知，名詞
5.calm vt. & vi. [使]平靜；
平靜的；鎮靜的
calmly 平靜地
calm ……down [使]平靜下來；
[使]鎮定下來
6.suffering 苦難
He wanted to add one dollar to the money.
他想把一美元加入到那些錢中。
But he had none, nothing left.

He could not calm himself down
他不能平復自己了。
He couldn’t keep calm because a woman would come.
他不能保持冷靜，因為，有一個女人就要來了。

She was his wife, whose survey was better than his!
她就是他老婆啊，老婆的調查比他的調查強多了。
Any ignorance of her survey would bring sufferings!
