智聯招聘:中國白領秋季事業信心指數下降

智聯招聘於2017年8月進行該項調研,旨在瞭解中國白領的事業信心、跳槽意願以及對所在城市的歸屬感。超過24,300名白領參與了這項全國性調查,信心指數範圍為1到5,最高指數為5。

從智聯招聘的研究表明,2017年秋季,32%的中國白領對事業有信心或非常有信心,從春季的69.7%暴跌。同時,34.5%的白領的事業信心較低或者沒有信心,在春季該比例僅為8.6%。

2017年秋季,超過60%的白領正在採取行動尋找新工作,在春季該比率則接近80%。跳槽最重要的原因仍然是工資/福利,59.3%的白領因薪水和福利待遇不佳而考慮換工作。

在各個城市中,2017秋季,東莞白領事業信心最高,為3.27;其次是杭州3.21、蘇州3.12和南昌3.10。一線城市白領和二線城市白領對自己事業的信心和熱情更高。

在工作經驗方面,經驗越豐富,白領的事業信心越高。工作經驗超過10年經驗的白領事業信心最高,為3.23;而工作經驗不足一年的人求職信心最低,為2.78。

Zhaopin: White-collar workers’ career confidence drops in the fall

(Sep.13, 2017, /staffingindustry.com/)The confidence of Chinese white-collar workers in their career development dropped to 2.99 this autumn, compared with 3.95 in the spring of 2017, according to a study from Chinese career platform Zhaopin.

Zhaopin conducted its autumn research and survey in August 2017 to gauge white-collar workers' confidence in their careers, their intentions to switch jobs and their sense of belonging to the cities where they live. More than 24,300 white collar workers participated in this nationwide survey. The confidence index is measured from 1 to 5, with 5 as the highest.

The research from Zhaopin showed that in autumn 2017, 32% of white-collar workers were confident or very confident in their career opportunities, plummeting from 69.7% in the spring. Meanwhile, 34.5% of white-collars had low or no confidence in their careers in the autumnl, compared with only 8.6% in spring 2017.

More than 60% of white-collar workers were taking actions to seek new jobs in the autumn, down from nearly 80% in the spring. The most important reason for job-hopping was still salary/welfare, with 59.3% of white-collar workers considering a change in jobs because of unsatisfactory pay and welfare packages.

Among the cities, Dongguan (3.27) enjoyed the highest confidence from white-collar workers in the autumn of 2017, followed by Hangzhou (3.21), Suzhou (3.12) and Nanchang (3.10). White-collars workers in emerging first-tier and some second-tier cities were more confident and enthusiastic in their careers.

In terms of work experience, the more experience, the more confident white-collar workers became. Those with over 10 years of experience had the highest confidence of 3.23, while those with less than one year of experience suffered the lowest confidence of 2.78.
