A son and his father were walking on the mountains. Suddenly, the son falls, hurts himself and screams, "AAAhhhh!!!" To his surprise, he hears the voice repeating, somewhere in the mountain,"AAAhhhh!!!" Curious, he yells," Who are you?" He receives the answer,"Who are you?" Angered at the response, he screams,"Coward!" He receives the answer,"Coward!"

有一個小男孩和他的父親走在山中。突然，孩子不小心跌倒了，痛得大叫了一聲：“哎呀……”但是令他吃驚的是，他聽到了一個聲音從山中的某處傳出來，重複著他的喊聲：“哎呀……”他很好奇，大聲喊道：“你是誰？”結果他得到的回答也是：“你是誰？”小男孩聽了很生氣，大聲喊道：“膽小鬼！”結果他得到的回答也是：“膽小鬼！”

He looks to his father and asks,"What's going on?" The father smiles and says,"My son, pay attention." And then he screams to the mountain, "I admire you!" The voice answers," I admire you!"Again the man screams,"You are a champion!" The voice answers,"You are a champion!" The boy is surprised, but does not understand.

他看著父親問道：“到底是怎麼回事？”父親笑著說：“兒子，注意聽。”父親對著山大喊了一聲：“我佩服你！”結果傳回來的聲音也是：“我佩服你！”父親再一次大聲地喊：“你是冠軍！”那個聲音也回答道：“你是冠軍！”小孩子很驚訝，但是不明白其中的原因。

Then the father explains," People call this ECHO, but really this is LIFE. It gives you back everything you say or do. Our life is simply a reflection of our actions. If you want more love in the world, create more love in your heart. If you want more competence in you team, improve your competence. This relationship applies to everything, in all aspects of life. Life will give you back everything you have given to it."

這時父親解釋說：“人們稱這為‘迴音’，但實際上這就是‘人生’。你說的每一句話，做的每一件事都會迴應到你身上。我們的人生只不過是我們所作所為的反映。如果你要這個世界有更多的愛，那麼你就要在你的心中創造更多的愛；如果你想讓你的團隊更優秀，那麼先讓你自己更優秀。這種關係對任何事情都是適用的，它適用於人生的方方面面。你給予人生的一切它都會迴應給你。”
