今天我們就來學習一下外貿商務必備英語。其實外貿崗位有很多。對外貿業務員來說，外語這個是最基本要求，然後最最核心的就是外貿銷售能力，這個是核心！累與不累這個仁者見仁 智者見智

外貿貨運航線

1. 商業發票——Commercial Invoice

含義：指示客戶從供應商處購買的商品及其價格的清單。商業發票用於確定進口貨物的價值，以便計算關稅和稅金。

示例：商業發票中存在錯誤，因為未包含增值稅。——There was a mistake in the commercial invoice as the VAT was not included.

2. 檢驗證明——Certificate of Inspection

含義：證明產品在發貨之前完好的證書。

如果你是收貨人（正在購買的人），請確保每件物品到貨情況並檢查檢驗證書。——If you’re the consignee (the person who is buying), make sure every item is in place and check the certificate of inspection.

3. 收貨人——Consignee

含義：即將收到貨物的公司或個人。

示例：如果你是收貨人，那麼你就要為運送的貨物支付關稅和稅款，作為國際貿易展覽會參展商，必須考慮這些費用。—— If you’re a consignee, then you’re considered to be the owner of the goods being shipped for paying duties and taxes. You must take these costs into account as an exhibitor at an international trade fair.

4. 承運貨物——Consignment

含義：貨物從公司或個人發送到另一個公司或個人。

示例：確保託運的貨物狀況良好，以便在展會上展出。—— Make sure the goods being consigned are in good condition so that they can be exhibited at the trade fair.

5. 發貨人——consignor

含義：負責發送貨物的公司。

示例：儘量與發貨人保持良好的溝通，確保隨時查看貨物的位置。——Try to maintain good communication with the consignor to ensure that you know exactly where your goods are at all times.

6. 提單——Bill of Lading (B/L)

含義：運輸貨物的公司向運送貨物的公司提供的文件，表明貨物在運輸過程中對貨物負責。

示例：提單是一份重要文件，因此如果你是收貨人或代表，你必須在收到貨物時簽署此文件。——The bill of lading is an important document, so if you’re the consignee or a representative, you must sign this document when you receive the goods.

7. 運費——Freight

含義：運輸貨物需支付的金額。

示例：你必須知道是誰來支付運費，發貨人還是收貨人。——Make sure you know who has to pay for the freight, the consignor or the consignee.

8. 庫存——Inventory

含義：展會上商品或設備等數量清單。

示例：展會剛開始時，他們的產品有大量庫存。——They had a large inventory of products to be exhibited before the beginning of the trade fair.

9. 展位——Booth

含義：在展會上展示商品的地方。在歐洲常用stand。

示例：我們的展位位於展會的入口處，非常有利。—— Our booth was at the very entrance of the trade fair, which was very advantageous.

10. 島型展臺——Island Exhibit

含義：三面都可以展覽的展臺。

示例：在交易會上投資島型展臺可以給你更多的曝光。但島型展臺一般更貴，因此你需要決定這是否划算。——Invest in an island exhibit at a trade fair as it gives you more exposure. Island exhibits can be more expensive, so you’ll need to decide whether they’re cost effective (worth the cost) for your business.

11. 角落展臺——Corner Booth

含義：位於角落的展位，兩側都有通道。

示例：角落展臺的好處是兩側有過道，但它們可能會遠離展覽中心區域。——Take into account that corner booths have aisle access on two sides, but they may be further away from the central area of a fair.

12. 贈品——Freebie

含義：在展會上免費提供的產品。

示例：提供免費贈品可以贏得一些客戶，但你需要仔細規劃好營銷策略，這樣才不會虧錢。——Offering freebies can win you some customers, but make sure you plan your marketing strategy carefully so you don’t lose money.

13. 公共平臺——Podium

含義：面向觀眾的平臺。

例如：有人在展會中心區的平臺上發佈公告，所以好多人都聚集在那裡聽。——There was someone making announcements on the podium in the central area of the fair so everybody gathered there to listen.

14. Exhibit Directory——參展指南

含義：主要列出參展商及其位置。

示例：參展指南可以幫助訪問者更好參觀，幫助參展商瞭解競爭對手所在的位置。As a visitor, you may want to consult the exhibit directory to organize your visit. As an exhibitor, you may also want to consult the exhibit directory to see where your competitors are located and to make sure you’re listed.

15. 參展商資料包——Exhibitor Pack

含義：在交易會上使用的一套法規和文件。

示例：第一天，每個參展經理都會得到一個參展商資料包，以便參與者瞭解規則和程序。——On day one every exhibit manager got an exhibitor pack so that the participants were informed of the regulations and procedures.

16. 布展期——Move-in

含義：展位佈置與展品展出的指定時間。

示例：儘早瞭解入場事宜，以免錯過交易會的開始。——Find out about the move-in as early as you can so that you don’t miss the beginning of the trade fair.

17. 撤展期——Move-out

含義：必須拆卸展位和展品的時間。

示例：確保撤展的時間，以免因為超時支付罰款。——Make sure the team responsible for teardown is informed about the move-out so you don’t end up paying a penalty charge.

18. 胸章——Badge

含義：一般由塑料或者金屬製成，表明身份或者職位。

示例：我們的徽章明亮多彩，非常醒目，所以很容易識別出來。——Our badges were bright and colorful so everybody knew who we were.

19. 宣傳單——leaflets

含義：包含產品信息或廣告的印刷資料，通常免費分發。

示例：作為參展商，在參展前就需要準備好製作精良的宣傳單。——As an exhibitor, think about the best design for your leaflets and print them in advance of the trade fair, so that you have them ready.

20. 宣傳冊——Brochure

含義：詳細介紹產品或服務的小冊子。

示例：宣傳冊是展示公司產品和活動的印刷資料，是一種非常有效的營銷工具。——Brochures are a good way to present printed information about your company’s products and activities. They’re a valuable marketing tool.

21. 通行證——Fair Pass

含義：參加交易會的官方憑證。

示例：我只有一天的公平通行證，所以我必須選擇我最感興趣的公司。 ——I had a fair pass for only one day so I had to be selective about which companies I was most interested in.

22. 價目表——Price List

含義：產品價格清單。

示例：我不記得我們產品的所有價格，所以我隨身都帶著價目表。—— I couldn’t remember all the prices of our products, so I kept the price list handy.

23. 名片 ——Business Card

含義：應包括你的姓名、電子郵件地址、電話號碼、網站和公司名稱。

示例：當我的名片用完時，我不得不使用同事的名片。幸運的是，聯繫信息是一樣的。——When my business cards ran out, I had to use my colleague’s cards. Luckily, the contact information was the same.

回過頭來，其實我們很多外貿朋友一開始確實是從很基礎的做起並沒有被人想象中那麼輝煌，出國是別人的，忙裡忙外準備展會等事宜的是我們。

只有我們自己知道自己需要做什麼，每天面對的一些客戶和工廠之間需要做什麼樣的調整，就像沙場征戰一般每個情況都必須去考慮包括我們自身的利益。其實做外貿最多的還是一個心理的考驗，有時候很久沒有客戶下單，這個時候我們就會慌亂，或者突然有一個客戶下了訂單之後，接下來一大段時間我們 都處於一個被動狀態，這就是外貿業務員，大起大落的感覺最能體會卻也最難破解，同時也希望大家對外貿業務有更多新的認識和理解。
