1/11 糖霜花生~
2/11 準備食材:白糖,花生,澱粉備好
3/11 先把花生用烤箱烤熟
4/11 烤好的花生晾涼備用
5/11 水和白糖放入鍋裡,小火慢慢熬
6/11 白糖開始冒大氣泡,水分開始蒸發
7/11 糖漿慢慢變得濃稠起來,顏色也有點發黃了,用筷子挑起來看一下,拉絲狀態就可以了
8/11 倒入烤好的花生用鏟子快速翻拌
9/11 篩入少許澱粉
10/11 關火,繼續翻拌,剛開始花生會黏在一起,用鏟子鏟開,直到如圖成沙狀就可以了
