中國國家橄欖球俱樂部面向全球公開選拔運動員。

各位青年才俊：
為備戰2020年東京奧運會，以及為規劃中的中國橄欖球職業聯賽做好鋪墊，中國國家男、女7人制橄欖球隊即將重新組建，新中國隊將可能長期駐海外拉練。這次選拔向全世界符合條件的人士，包括從事其他項目如田徑、足籃排手曲、重競技等的運動員敞開大門。在8月份的全球招募令發佈後，中國橄欖球協會收到了來自世界各地的報名表，經過初步選拔，已有以下選手進入測試名單：

我們誠邀以上入選運動員來京參加測試！除以上人員外，我們還繼續誠邀所有有能力的選手來參加測試，包括之前曾投簡歷，但不在上述名單範圍內的選手。請與下方聯繫人溝通具體報名事宜。有關信息如下：
一、測試時間：2017年10月28日-29日 9:00-18:00
二、測試地點：燕京啤酒體育中心體育場（北京市順義區順泰路與燕京路交叉口東100米路南燕京啤酒集團公司北門進入）
報到地點：北京市順義區馬坡向陽東路10號金潮玉瑪國際酒店
三、測試內容：
1.10米衝刺跑
2.40米衝刺跑
3.縱跳
4.YO-YO悠悠測試
5.分隊比賽
四、所需裝備：請自備訓練和比賽用品，建議包括田徑平底鞋、草地用足球釘鞋、運動衣，無需田徑釘鞋。
五、待遇：入選者將獲得年薪12-15萬人民幣的待遇，特別優秀者薪資無上限。
六、主要面向從事和愛好田徑、球類、重競技等項目的選手，同等條件下有英式橄欖球經驗的優先。

不在測試名單上的人員，測試時間、內容、入選待遇同上，一旦入選，本次選材主辦單位之一——國奧金冠將會為您報銷國內差旅食宿費，未入選人員的差旅食宿費自行承擔，食宿標準為275元每天。

This announcement is addressed to talents all over the world:
To prepare for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, and to lay foundation for the planned Chinese Professional Rugby Football League, the Chinese men’s and women’s national rugby sevens teams will be rebuilt after the 2017 National Games. The new Chinese national teams might train overseas on a long-term basis.
All who meet the selection requirements are welcomed to participate and applications are not restricted to rugby players in provincial teams, clubs, or social teams. This also includes athletes who play other sports, such as football, basketball, handball, and track & field. After we published the requirements for open selection in August, we received applications from all over the world. After initial assessments, the following candidates are invited to trail on Saturday 28th, OCT, 2017:

Details of trail are as following:
1. Time: 9am-6pm 28th-29th, OCT, 2017
2. Location of Trail: Pitch at Yanjing Beer Sports Center， enter through the north gate of Yanjing Beer Corporation(in Chinese: 北京市順義區順泰路與燕京路交叉口東100米路南燕京啤酒集團公司北門進入體育場)
Registration and Accommodation: Jinchao Yuma International Hotel, 10 Xiangyang East Road, Shunyi District, Beijing, China (In Chinese: 北京市順義區馬坡向陽東路10號金潮玉瑪國際酒店)
3. Trail (Test):
a.10 meter sprint
b.40 meter sprint
c.Vertical Jump
d.YO-YO
e.Rugby match
4. Please bring everything you need for tests and matches. Advised: flat shoes for track & field, spikes for natural grass pitch and sportswear (spikes for track & field will not be needed)
5. If you are selected, you will be offered 120,000 to 150,000 RMB a year. There is no limit to your annual salary if you are extremely capable.
6. We mainly invite athletes who have experiences in handball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, decathlon, 100 meter sprint, 200 meter sprint and 400 meter sprint to participate in this trail. If athletes are equally qualified, the ones with rugby background will be selected.

8. Fees for pitch, equipment and the organizing committee will be covered by Beijing Guoao Golden Laurel Sports & Culture Corporate.
TV networks from all over the country will be present to cover the trial. The Fijian Embassy and the Samoan Embassy will send personnel to witness the trail.
We sincerely invite all athletes across the world to participate in this trail. Information of trail is as above. If your name is not on the list above, but you fulfill all requirements, fees for domestic traveling, meals and accommodation for two days will be reimbursed by Beijing Guoao Golden Laurel Sports & Culture Corporate. Candidates which do not fulfill all requirements will pay for their own expenses. Meals and accommodation are 275 RMB a day.
Recruitment Criteria
A.For rugby players, you should
a. Agree with the five core values of World Rugby (Integrity, Passion, Solidarity, Discipline and Respect).
c. Possess outstanding rugby skills or show great rugby potentials.
d. Fulfill or be willing to fulfill World Rugby eligibility requirements if you are a foreign player (explained below).
B.For other talented athletes who are not rugby players but have rugby potentials, you should
a. Be a morally and behaviorally upstanding individual,
c. If you are a foreign player who meets the recruiting standards, you must also fulfill, or be willing to fulfill the eligibility requirements of World Rugby, (See eligibility criteria listed below).
C. World Rugby Eligibility Criteria
Subject to WR Regulation 8.2, a Player may only play for the senior fifteen-aside National Representative Team, the next senior fifteen-a-side National Representative Team and the senior National Representative Sevens Team of the Union of the country in which:
The existing World Rugby eligibility criteria set out in Regulation 8.1 will be maintained. This is based on the Player having a genuine, close, credible and established national link with:
a. the country in which the Player was born; or
b. the country in which one parent or grandparent of the Player was born; or
c. the country in which the Player has completed sixty consecutive months of Residence immediately preceding the time of playing(apply as of December 31 2020 ); or
d. the country in which the Player has completed ten years of cumulative Residence preceding the time of playing; and
e. for Olympic Event participation, the nationality of the Union or country the Player wishes to represent is also required.
