寫書法如何執筆更好？

沒有絕對的執筆規範，古人往牆壁書寫的執筆應與持筷子類似，懸腕且三指捏筆符合一些。目前所廣泛宣傳的執筆規範，適合平面書寫和小字，根據個人的習慣而異。本人初學階段是後一種執筆，後來熟練了改成並習慣了第一種的執筆直至如今。以上陋見僅供參考。

根據字的大小，主要有三指、五指、握筆。執筆無定法，習慣自然就好。

筆管應放在食指（第二指）第一個指節的節彎裡，中指（第三指）指尖緊貼著食指的第一節，在筆管前面往裡鉤，無名指（第四指）指甲稍上的節肉貼在筆管裡面，小指（第五指）指甲緊貼無名指，將筆管往外項，拇指第一節在筆管左面往右擫這樣筆管被五指的力量從四面八方把它撐住，自然就穩定了。這裡要注意，拇指和食指、中指必須攢在一起，無名指、小指必須緊靠中指，拇指的指節必須突出（這一點特別重要）

這樣執筆，打外面看去，從食指到小指是層累相次而下，和拇指相會，很像未綻的花苞，而從裡面看去，手掌和手指聯成一個像蒙古包似的拱形物。總之，從外面看是實（指實）的，從裡面看是虛（掌虛）的。這就是正確的執筆法。
