四屆世界盃冠軍得主意大利上輪比賽被馬其頓逼平，77分鐘特拉伊科夫斯基打入扳平1球，直接晉級世界盃之路就此斷送，讓人心碎，這場平局之後，西班牙隊已經鎖定G組第一，直接晉級世界盃決賽圈。
阿爾巴尼亞目前積13分名列小組第三，已經無需更多描述，目前他們落後意大利隊7分，事實上球隊在後防線上擁有不少有實力的球員，除了上輪被西班牙3比0大比分擊敗，剩餘的比賽，阿爾巴尼亞在對球門的保護上相當不錯，特別是輸給西班牙之前，他們的上一次失利正是輸給意大利，在此之間，球隊獲得2勝1平。
意大利急需獲得本場比賽的勝利，球隊將從上一場比賽中吸取教訓，相信他們能夠擊敗阿爾巴尼亞，比分應該與上次交鋒的2比0類似。

Heart-broken for the four times World Cup winners due to they have lost a big chance last game after seeing themselves conceding a Trajkovski’s goal in the 77’ , setting the draw in the result for the seconds in this Group G while Spain secured the leadership and their place in the World Cup winning their match.
Albania does not have too much to say sitting 3rd with 13 points, 7 below Italy, but actually they are a rocky side counting with a confident footballers at the back, regardless they have lost their previous game by 3-0 under Spaniard’s hand. The rest of the matches Albania have protected themselves quite good and for instance, the Italian’s victory that happened last March and the previous defeat against Spain, in between these two losses they managed to get two wins and one draw.
Italy need massively a win today and I suppose they have learnt the lesson about last meeting so, I will back them to overcome Albania holding in mind their last head to head finished 2-0 for the Italians.
